Columbus, OH - The new kid on the local residential building block brought home 5 Building Industry Association (BIA) MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) Awards Friday night and was named Grand Marketer of the Year.

The Awards included Best Builder Logo, Best Builder Color Ad, Best Builder Brochure, Best One Time Promotion and Best Community Clubhouse.

Hallmark Homes Owner's Representative Bill Hayes said they have been pleased at the response and interest they have received by buyers, prospects and the Realtor community. The awards recognize the quality Hallmark Homes has established developing the community and the branding.

"We are honored to be recognized for our hard work in bringing Oak Park to Dublin in 2009, but especially thrilled to have won Best Community Clubhouse," said Hayes. "The community center/clubhouse will be the heart of Oak Park. It will be a place where residents will gather, play and work out. The red brick English Country architecture and stunning interior design is a signature Oak Park design feature for the clubhouse and the variety of homes currently under construction."

Oak Park is a division of Hallmark Homes, a central New Jersey developer/builder with 50 years experience in building communities on the east coast, Florida and California. Oak Park is Hallmark Home's first community in Ohio. Oak Park is a 108-home community featuring ranch, single family and town homes starting in the $300,000s. Oak Park is located off Hyland Croy Rd, in Union County, City of Dublin, just south of Dublin Jerome High School.

Oak Park/Hallmark Homes Builds Roots in Dublin Community Dublin, OH - Hallmark Homes, a single family and multi-family residential builder based in Woodbridge, NJ, is building a new 108-home 'village' community in Dublin, OH. The community, Oak Park, will be the first Hallmark Homes community in central Ohio. And according to two local Dublin non-profit organizations - Hallmark Homes is building more than homes in Dublin. The 50+ year family business is extending their legacy of 'giving back' to the communities in which they build by donating $25,000 to the Miracle League of Central Ohio and $25,000 to the Grounds of Remembrance in Dublin Veterans Park/Sycamore Grove.

"We appreciate the opportunity to build new homes and a new community in Dublin," said Bill Hayes, Oak Park's Executive Construction Manager. "We have enjoyed the process and the relationships we have developed with the City of Dublin staff and team of planners. We plan to establish roots here and look forward to working with the City of Dublin to enrich the community and the lives of its residents."
